For most of my time at Sun Country, I worked on a UX team of one, leading design across multiple traveler-facing experiences such as airport kiosk and boarding passes.

Journey Flows
I created journey flow diagrams for traveler experiences as a way to document them visually, and as a starting point when collaborating with product on making changes to the flows.

Mobile App
Sun Country launched a new mobile app in 2024, adopted by 500,000 users within 18 months.

The boarding pass was redesigned in 2022. We focused on clear information hierarchy so travelers have essential info for the day of their flight.
